DxO ViewPoint 4
Geometric perfection
DxO ViewPoint 4 gives you complete control over lines, angles, and shapes. Adjust perspectives, fix distortions, warp specific areas, and correct wide-angle stretching for perfect images.

Get the perfect angle, every time
DxO ViewPoint 4 can be used as a standalone application, as a tool palette within DxO PhotoLab, and as a plug-in for Adobe Photoshop®, Lightroom Classic®, and Photoshop Elements®.

NEW
ReShape: A warping tool that delivers magic
In some shots, details matter more than others. Thanks to DxO ViewPoint 4’s innovative new ReShape tool, fixing imperfections has never been easier.

Choose a Distortion Grid that fits the image, then simply drag points to correct individual elements within the frame. You’ll quickly bring the world under your control.

Defeat distortions in an instant
Lenses aren’t perfect, but DxO ViewPoint 4 makes them better. In fact, even cheap optics can look pro once they’re processed with our award-winning optical correction tools.

Draw on DxO’s renowned lens correction technology and fix barrel, pincushion and fish-eye distortion with a single click.

Get the right balance
When balance is key, you can achieve perfect poise with DxO ViewPoint’s powerful perspective tools. Choose from four methods to get exactly the results you need, no matter what the subject.

All of the drama, none of the distortion
Wide-angle lenses are vital for tight spaces, getting close to subjects, and showing the dramatic scale scene. But that doesn’t come for free. A wide-angle will also stretch and distort anything close to the edge of the frame.

DxO ViewPoint’s Volume Deformation tool can return a subject’s natural proportions in just a few clicks.

UPDATED
Flip and rotate your images with ease
Mirror your images through a vertical or horizontal axis in just a single click, and rotate your image to find the right composition.

NEW
Find your level the easy way
Landscape and architectural shots need a straight horizon. Anything else won’t do.

ViewPoint 4’s upgraded Crop Tool makes this easy with full rotation control direct from the cropping box, so it’s easier to reframe your photos with absolute precision.

Use the Miniature Effect tool to simulate a tiny world like that produced by tilt-shift lens.

The smooth bokeh produced by DxO ViewPoint 4 can also replicate a shallow depth of field, and can be used to reduce distractions and push the viewer’s eye exactly where you want it — something that can be very useful when adding text to an image.

Thank for always sharing your unlimited photo knowledge with us mere mortals, I for one appreciate it. I'm really looking forward to the new Photolab 6 elite. I do have one tiny Itty bitty question? Do you use Viewpoint 4 before you process the photo in Photolab 6 or afterwards 🤔, I'm not sure which program you have to used first 🤔 😉

Is viewpoint apart of the Photolab application? Or is it a separate application I have to get?

@photojoseph - thanks for another useful video! I haven't played with Perspective Efex in my Nik Collection. But this functionality with ViewPoint seems useful. What don't we get with Perspective Efex that is included in ViewPoint? It seems kinda redundant to need VP if we already have a perspective tool in the paid Nik package.

Friend, could you convey my thoughts to the management of Panasonic Lumix? :Hello panasonic as I noticed you don't want to switch to phase-contrast autofocus. But you can stop and contrast on one condition! Your cameras can shoot in OPEN Gate 4k3, they are aimed at anamores from 1.33 to get 16.9 and with anamorphs there is no focus, then you could revolutionize by making a codec or a program in which it would be possible to change the autofocus on the post. Just imagine you are one step away from revolution, you have already learned how to change the focus on a post in a photo if you master it in mind, imagine you will simply capture the entire market. I understand that it is difficult to gain an advantage in technological terms, but you can beat the entire market with the help of software just do it! Oh, I hope my idea reaches the company's engineers, I hope! And Panasonic you simply have to produce their own anamorphic lenses!

The reshape tool is missing a key important feature, being able to drag nodes or groups of nodes in a straight line. I just want to compress or expand the upper or lower 1/3rd of an image without skewing it's angle. This is nearly impossible with a mouse or extremely time consuming with arrow keys. There should be a way to drag a groups of nodes in a straight line without skewing in a different direction. Such a missed opportunity.
