That's not "picky" at all! That is where water and bugs go in--because it's an invitation!

He reminds me of being in the Army. Always good to meet people from different places with different interests who were good at conversation. Doesn't matter if you don't know anything about the subject it's interesting and you'll learn something from almost everyone.

Wish I would have hired this gentleman.

...and you are PAYING for everything done poorly to cost you more later on top of a 30 year mortgage!

YOUR picky is gonna save me money in the long run

If you weren’t picky, picky, picky, can you imagine what these new houses would look like? The homeowner would wonder what country their house was built in, and are there any codes followed in that country!
PartyOfPlease
My goodness that's bad. I would not accept that as a personal DIY, and I would never pay for that.
ObiwanNekody
I disagree. This is literally what new builds look like because builders are so cheap they pick the absolute lowest bid. Remember the average builder makes about 30% off your build

Contractors hire cheap labor, neither is good.

Where are all the true carpenters cause these news ones haven't learnt a thing

If that sort of thing were on a brand new car you were looking to buy you would just walk away.

I've worked doing section 8 houses to multi-million dollar homes. Construction is the same quality
DFVIDZHipHopLyrics
Don't forget the overall quality of materials these days.

So can you request that it be done over and will most builders give pushback??
mid-southsoftwashllc
How are they allowed to still put these homes on the market for sale?🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
Ms.ClarmstrongPlus
Damn I'm sure glad that's not in code books

Nail is too large! You'd think around the 3rd or 4th one, they would have
guytucker
Those nails are way too big to be using on that trim
