I am White and it must be said that the omission of Black/African history in American schools is just unforgivable from an educational perspective.
Not only are we left with a warped vision of the world but it's like removing a piece of a picture of humanity. African history is rich and amazing. Please continue to produce these.

Am a Ghanaian mom homeschooling my children. I am learning all these to teach my children our history which I wasn't privileged to learn in school. Thank you for your educational videos.

From antiquity Timbuktu has been the epicenter of knowledge. Mansa Musa's love of history and education is a blessing which is exhibited to this very day. Thanks❤

When I first realized we were lied to in school, I was in my early 30's. Caucasian/Jew. I'm as white as you can get without being Albino. The first thing I learned about was Columbus. I was furious. Disgusted. Sad. And overwhelmingly embarrassed and ashamed of my Ancestors. I knew that my children were probably getting the same education I did, so I figured it was up to me to make sure they were educated appropriately. I'm doing the same for my grandson. My middle child was the bane of every History teacher she had. I don't know how many times I'd get called in for her insubordination. (that child has always been very polite/just zero tolerance for b.s.) I always backed her up, and usually brought books to prove it. It was sad and disheartening how, even when shown the truth, they didn't care. It made me realize what an absolute sham our public education was. Nothing more than an indoctrination system. One that took up where religions left off. smh I like this channel. I will share it with my feisty af daughter.

I have been so excited since learning of this channel! The information is amazing and as a black woman it has actually helped answer some questions for me. I along with others in my family have some unique "gifts" and after reading and thoroughly digesting many of your of your pieces have been able to have a clearer understanding of where this originates from!
I appreciate the time and effort that you take to put in to bringing this truth to light. I am a subscriber and will continue to support you and all your endeavors to bringing the truth to all that have eyes and ears to want to see and hear as well as accept the truth for what it is!

Kudos ! Great presentation. Testimony to the old adage that "truth, crushed to the earth, shall rise again".

I knew there were ancient civilizations in Africa but it's been so hard to find any history It's great that so much here has been refound and being redistributed for all.

The texts and archives from Timbuktu are an absolute treasure, and digital back-ups of these relics will enable and encourage scholars anywhere to delve into the material. Hopefully, texts and manuscripts long held in secret will come to light, and be digitized for posterity.

Before anyone (Karl Karsnark, our guest-troll for today) jumps in and says that books of spells and geomancy show that the scholars were superstitious or backwards, let's take a moment to remember that the major universities of Europe continued to teach courses on necromancy well into the late 1600s, the last trial for witchcraft in England took place in 1944, and many very intelligent people in China still practice Feng Shui which is a form of geomancy.

Thank God many of the manuscripts from Timbuktu have survived. They are extremely important knowledge.

Good stuff. The Europeans burned 700, 000 books in Timbuktu and another 700, 000 books in the library in Alexandria Egypt. I am so thankful these truths are being revealed. Many of us have known for years, now it is time of the rest of those across the diaspora to follow suite. Thanks for sharing. New subbie

About ten years ago the library was under siege again, this time from Al-Quida. They swore they’d destroy all the books, manuscripts, & art. Luckily, the head librarian heard about the plans and contacted libraries around the world. He hid the books in people’s homes until they could be safely transported. He saved the ENTIRE library. It was an incredible feat spanning dozens of countries. I haven’t heard anything since this video saying that they’re being digitized. I hope one day it will be safe to return them, if it hasn’t happened already. The head librarian is a hero to the world but I don’t know his name. However, look up the story if you can. It’s amazing.
