So im looking at the hole on my game its buried under the water i tried to jump down but it won't let me

See, i thought it might have been down there while i was doing the quest, but there was nothing. I never went back afterwards cause thought that was it. The boss glitching out above ground doesnt help, nor does the shared drop for it and Thundering Mephis
