To save as PDFs

You could also click F12, tab, P, Enter

The pdf save can also be made to save itself in a specific folder and with a specific name. The name can be set from cells within the table. I have one that saves itself with the excel file named followed by the job number from another cell, project name from another cell and item name from a third cell.

Just think of what you want excel to do and ask ChatGPT for a VBA code to do it.
