Would an individual who has supported decision making in place only be legally able to make a final decision with the guidance of a support team?
In other words, would the individual have to get input from their support team before making any final decision? (For example, would a disabled person have to get an opinion from a parent/support team member before they can legally make a life choice?)
Would this mean that SDM would just be a less strict form of guardianship?
