I'm building four more plotters that will do 2 minute plots. Thanks for the shout-out!

You forgot to mention the incoming halving which will reduce the block rewards to 1 xch with in the year!

I would go with classic "poor invester" 🙂

You buy only one time xch but Miner run forever is a long term best option, people are waiting 1900$ launch price Thanks for the video

When it comes to selling hdds u don't need to rush it. For instance I buy hard drives and buy cases in bulk, and sell usb hdd with good price. That way u can get your money back.

I bought 3 of those 14TB drives and plotted to them with no issues. They're refurbished Seagate drives

Yeah I would buy XCH rather than more HDs, I am even thinking on selling some drives to buy more coins. Dragon Turttle Investor DTI awesome!!!

Dragon Turtle!

For me its more viable to buy xch.... I plot on my gaming rig from like 2014... it takes 177min to pump out two plots lol. So to upgrade that + buy hard drives its far more viable for me to just buy the xch.... Still games well on high/ultra @ 2k 60fps though so theres no need to upgrade from a gaming perspective yet lol

The Chill Investor lol Poor Investor is what we all know and love, keep it :) Me? I'm sticking to my 1 hour plots. I don't intent to buy drives straight into bankruptcy, slow plotting keeps me from going overboard buying drives I'll never even break even on 🤣

Other brainstorming ideas:
1) You rent the plotter from someone like me for a month lease;
2) Plotting operations pop up in every city where you just bring in your hard drives, pay a fee, and come back to plotted hard drives;

One reason it's better for me to farm XCH than buy it is because since I am running a cryptocurrency business, all the capital costs are tax deductions; if I bought XCH there would be no tax deduction. So I minimize annual taxes while at the same time build a passive income machine.

I just bought 2x16tb for farming chia, I guess just for fan not just for money.

I do have similar thoughts about buying XCH instead of investing into hardware. Especialy since here in the EU the energy cost has gone up to almost 0.40 US$ a kW/h.
Not only do you have to buy hardware, you also got a lot higher running and operating cost over here.
GPU-Mining? No thanks!

You are looking at day to day fluctuations in netspace which is going to fluctuate quite a bit as farmers are now replotting with compressed plots. That being said we do expect to see a 3-4 EiB rise in effective netspace as ~40% of farmers replot using an average of ~20% compression over the next six months. If correct by August we should be at 24-25EiB all things being equal price stc.

Good advice on how to get funds into kucoin without losing on transaction costs.

Plotting at 1min per plot makes sense when you are plotting as a service but for the average person faster plotting is less important when you have a finite amount of space to fill. Fast plotting doesn't excite me

I usualy use LTC for convertions and jump from exchange to exchange, almost no fee, and think all exchanges uses LTC.
As for the xch investment? I think i will always tend to have a "fail safe net" of the hardware, as prove to me in my 2 gpu mining craze adventures. But i always buy lil crypto here and there, but xch, i tend to always go hdds :), even thinking trading some farmed xch for more drives
