Department of Defense Confirms Shooting Down 3 Objects, following Spy Balloon | EWTN News Nightly

The White House faces new questions about a series of unidentified objects high up in the sky. People want to know what's floating over the US and Canada and whether they pose a threat. US fighter jets shot down a 4th object on Sunday. The most recent object was shaped like an octagon with string hanging off, but no obvious payload. It was brought down over Lake Huron. Recovery crews are searching for answers and so is the White House. Following the Chinese spy balloon, the Department of Defense confirmed it attacked 3 more objects over Alaska, Canada and the one in Lake Huron. John Kirby, National Security Council says, "I don't think the American people need to worry about aliens with respect to these crafts, period. I don't think there's any more that needs to be said there." Meanwhile, the search for debris is no simple task in a massive country like Canada. White House Correspondent, Owen Jensen reports.
