Ο Τυμφρηστός, επίσης γνωστός ως Βελούχι, είναι ελληνικό βουνό στην νότια Πίνδο, ανάμεσα στους νομούς Ευρυτανίας και Φθιώτιδος. Φτάνει τα 2315 μέτρα σε υψόμετρο και είναι το 17ο υψηλότερο βουνό στην Ελλάδα. Εδώ βλέπετε ένα βραχύ βίντεο που έκανα ανεβαίνοντας το μία ζεστή καλοκοιαρινή μέρα.
Tymfrestos, also known as Velouchi, is a Greek mountain located in the south of Pindus mountain range, between the prefectures of Eurytania and Phthiotis. It reaches an elevation of 2315 metres and is the 17th highest mountain in Greece. You here watch a short video I made while climbing it on a hot summer day.
