How to Change Keyboard Repeat Delay and Rate in Windows 10

Repeat delay is nothing but the amount of time windows waits as you hold down a key before repeating that key. Repeat rate is the rate at which the key is repeated when you hold down the key. Windows 10 allows you to change the delay and repeat rate using Keyboard properties window. You can also control the cursor blink rate from Keyboard properties window.

Thank you for the help, the repeat rate was off for some reason and had to be reset so this turned out to be the way to do it.

thank you very much, i only needed about 10 seconds of the video, but you did indeed help my monkey brain figure out things. Had my enter key repeat about 2-3 times when i pressed it, as you can imagine this is VERY annoying, even though it only affected my CDDA gaming. Great help, again

Thank you! I purchased a new keyboard because I thought there was something mechanically wrong with mine but the issue continued while I played World of Warcraft. My character would just spin or run forward even after I took my finger off the key. I will see tomorrow if this helps and update. <3

i need same for mouse sins whatever i scroll down with either mouse or arrow keys it tend to move bit opposite side to where i scroll, scroll down it move bit up at times
