Very similar concept with Arlott. Heavily relies on passive. Major different is that it seems his skills cooldown is very low. They might need to balance the passive damage in the early game.

I think Moonton should release more support heroes. Also some of the supports needs adjustment. Like Rafeala ( a new Passive for her n fix the ultimate), floryn needs a rework on the passive

Honestly, i think he's gonna go down the same path as arlott and lance where ppl r just gonna be building him with a full tank build, bcs he has pretty good base damage but almost no attack scaling, plus thunderbelt works very well with his passive

I tried him just a while ago. His basic skill have very low scaling and base damage so it's fair that he has short cooldown (also he uses energy so that balanced it out). His entire gimmick is to play around his passive. To me the damage for it isn't that crazy, it's only 150(+120% phys atk). He kinda takes a while to kill the enemy. I could be wrong because my advance server account is still at low level and my emblem isn't fully leveled up yet.

He is fair, just to me a bit underwhelming. He is heavily reliant on his passive to deal damage. Also due to lack of burst damage, he is kinda played like a fighter more than an assassin.

Phoveus might be a good synergy with this new hero since it 'pulls' hero to the slash direction, any dash/pull is very welcome to our niche slamdunker.

I tried him and I could say that this hero is pretty hard. he's really squishy and his skills are easy to dodge. you might need petrify. if you build him full damage then he will get bursts too easily

I don’t get why his ult needs a purify. Joy has CC immunity, Arlott dash is unstoppable, and now we get another assassin that can avoid CC? Why?
