Cloudblock + Cloudoffice - Which cloud provider do I use?

Показать описание
Picking a cloud provider can be confusing - this video uncovers some of the current (as of Dec 2021) best options.
AWS = Amazon, 12 months free VM - small amount of egress traffic
Azure = Microsoft 12 months free VM - small amount of egress traffic
DO = Digital Ocean a couple months of credits, cheap VM, large amount of egress
ETC = Different flavors of the same thing
GCP = Google *Always free USA-only VM, tiny amount of egress traffic (1GB)
Lightsail = Amazon but fixed cost like digitalocean
OCI = Oracle *Always free + 10TB of egress
PLAYBOOKS = Local deployments
SCW = Scaleway only non-USA company, pretty cheap: stardust is $2.04 USD
What cloud providers offer:
Limited Time Credit = these expire before you can use them (30 days, 60 days)
Not super useful except for a short test
Limited Time Free Trial = free service that expires eventually (free vm for 1 year)
Amazon (AWS) and Microsoft (Azure)
Always Free = something that doesnt expire until they get rid of it
Oracle (OCI) and Google (GCP)
