3:43 you can use the prefixes hemi-, semi- or demi- to indiacate half. E.g. 50 years can be considerered a 'semi-centenial'.
8:44 Doohan (Scotty) was involved with the Normandy invasion on D-day, best not to annoy Canucks.
11:30 decker's effort wasn't in vain, the crew on the the Enterprise clued in that using the Constellation's self-destruct could be effective.
11:39 have heard some ST-FC players referring to the DoomWorms as pinworms (q.v) instead.

This could have been fun if the in game user interface wasn't so unbearable.

To get to the question you have to click on the event tab, then click on the Captain St Patrick tab, click on the question, read and choose an answer from list, remember the answer as you then tap to go back, and again, and again to get to the galaxy screen.

Then, if you don't know where the location is, click on the flag icon, tap search coordinates, tap the text entry box, tap again to start typing, delete the name already in there, then type in the name of the location, then tap to leave text box, tap on the location to go there, then tap to travel - ARRRRGGHHHH (and I'm not saying that in an excited pirate way).

You then get to the location, achieve the objective, only to have the game not register the answer unless you exit and restart the game.

Seriously ?

Why didn't they just run it like a normal mission, with the interface we are used to doing all of the hard work and we just click on an option to progress.

I gave up at question 13, having had to restart 5 times - the last time being because a permanent popup banner was blocking the questions and answers.

Seriously, Scopely, sort the technical issues out with this game.

That is what is ultimately going to make me stop playing.

That, and the toxic pvp playing environment.

If you want to know why they destroyed the car in the JJ Abrams version, it was a 1966 model; the year the TOS series started. So it was a not-so-subtle 'we're throwing out everything that came before' and starting again. Which the movie effectively did.

This event really points out how bad the search feature is. It’s about five clicks just to get to start typing your system (iOS). Then special characters mess up the results.

But it was fun. I finally came her because of the song lyrics question. I was killing it until that one. Thanks RD 🖖
