Tried out the serving gig. Ended up getting fired 4 weeks in for being “too anxious, and not fast enough” Valid reason, still hurt.

Try working at escape rooms. Pay may differ depending on how many people work and where you are at but I not only made money but, depending how busy your company is, you have so much time to do your studies and work on skills. Also your literally getting paid to watch people be idiots.
P.S. the only con is cleaning the rooms but once you make a system, you get really fast.

Awesome video, man. I like all the logistical info you provided for each job and how you discussed the long term benefits, like skill set development. Good stuff, man.

I’ve worked at Chick-fil-A for 4 months and they are paying up to 16 so you would probably get 11 or 12 as a kid

In New York. You can work at the age of fourteen. Look it up. That's our law.

Summer jobs mainly. For example; working with children at camps. You can start working at summer youth at fourteen. It doesn't pay much. However, once you turn eighteen. You will age out of summer youth jobs.

In the 80's and 90's in New York City. High school students used to work at Wall Street as interns. They used to work for three hours after school. Getting a part-time paycheck. In the summertime. They used to work full-time. Getting a full-time paycheck.

When the teenager's finished high school. They continue working at the same job. Only this time. They are full time employees. Earning a full-time paycheck.

The best part. You don't even need a college degree to work on Wall Street.

You already know everyone at the job site when you were a teenager. The board of directors already know you. They trained you when you were an intern back in high school. You are moving up in the corporate world with no college degree. Fresh out of high school. You already built your connection on Wall Street.

The executive's respected the child Labor law. It was flexible. Teenager's were working three hours after school. In the summertime. Teenager's work full-time.

For some reason in New York. They stop teenager internships at Wall Street.

I wish they had kept that.

I would had been in Wall Street right now working today. Moving up in the corporate world.

Teenager's have to wait until the summer to work at summer youth. Let me remind you that summer youth doesn't pay much.

Some of these teenagers are living in worst condition at home.

They are making money committing crimes to survive. It's hard. I don't blame them.

Hopefully this helps me apply. I recently applied for McDonald’s. They contacted me back but unfortunately they said they won’t move forward with my application. I felt like it was my resume because I didn’t really add any experience but I don’t really have experience in a job or a sport of sort I did at school. Hopefully there’s a job out there where I’m able to work at. I’ll try to apply at some of these jobs you have listed. If you were wondering yes I was the legal age to work at McDonald’s I’m 16.

Word of advice: most stores won't hire you without prior experience like Target, Bestbuy, etc. So you're best bet is gaining some experience at a restaurant first.
