The golden ratio should always confirm with key level or confluence zone. Only retracement 50-61.8 is not enough, price can go deeper and reverse at 78.6%. Make sure you see at least a reversal or rejection pattern at that zone! Many thanks 😊

Fibo is just like a ruler, there's a chance they keep going with the trend, but there's also a chance they don't bounce back ，or even breaks the structure after consolidating, so it's all back to the basic with price action and wait for the confirmation of a reversal signal
