Uni Cards: Nitin Gupta and Prateek Jindal, former employees of Ola Financial Services, co-founded Uni Cards in 2020 to address the lack of credit card access for young Indians. Their "Pay one-third" card allowed users to split payments into 3 interest-free installments over 3 months. Following regulatory changes in July 2022, they pivoted to co-branded credit cards and loans with the support of lending partners, raising $95M in funding.
xto10x technologies: Xto10x, founded in 2019 by Saikiran Krishnamurthy, Neeraj Aggarwal, and Binny Bansal, aids growth-stage startups in scaling their operations. They offer software to track employee NPS, generating reports for improvement. They run the Founders' Academy course to guide founders in scaling from a few to thousands of employees. Over 200 companies have used their product, and 24 startups have graduated from their academy, contributing to Xto10x's profitability.
Allo Health: Allo Health, founded by Pranay Jivrajka in 2021, is a digital sexual health clinic providing personalized and discreet healthcare solutions. Jivrajka leveraged his family's pharmaceutical background and Ola experience to address India's stigmatized sexual wellness industry, estimated at $1.63B. Amnic: Amnic, founded by Ola co-founder Ankit Bhati in California, is a SaaS platform aimed at optimizing cloud infrastructure for businesses. With a $14 million investment, it addresses the issue of overspending in the cloud, a problem faced by many companies, potentially saving them up to 10% of their annual budget.
O'Be Cocktails: O'Be Cocktails, founded by Nitesh Prakash in 2019, offers premium ready-to-drink cocktails. Dissatisfied with inconsistent cocktail taste in bars, Nitesh developed his recipes through extensive testing and collaboration. They launched in 2021 and quickly sold over 100,000 bottles in the first year, thanks to their affordable 330ml bottles priced at Rs 180. With Rs 7 crore in investments, they aim to sell Rs 100 crore worth of cocktails globally in the next 5 years.
Hubble Money: Hubble Money, founded in 2021 by Neeraj Tulsyan and Mayank Bishnoi, former Ola employees and ISB alumni, offers discounted gift cards for brands like Flipkart and Zomato. They help users save 10% on monthly expenses. With 500,000 users having saved 1.1 crore rupees, the startup has secured $3.5M in investments.
Azah and Powerhouse91: Azah, an organic sanitary pads brand, was founded in 2018 by ex-Ola employee Shashwat Diesh and Aqib Mohammed. They aimed to address issues like rashes caused by low-quality pads. In three months, they sold over 100,000 pads. In 2021, they launched Powerhouse91, acquiring and scaling smaller D2C brands, including Azah, doubling its revenue post-acquisition.
Awign: Awign, founded in 2016 by Praveen Sah and IIT Ropar friends, assists companies in outsourcing gig work, managing worker selection, training, and task completion. With over 1.5 million gig workers onboarded, they've aided 100+ businesses. They've raised $24.3M to harness India's expanding gig workforce, projected to triple by 2030.
LegalKart: LegalKart, founded by Arvind Singhatiya in 2018, is an on-demand legal consultation platform connecting lawyers with those seeking advice. Addressing the issue of limited technology adoption among lawyers, LegalKart offers 24x7 online consultations in 10 Indian languages to connect clients with suitable lawyers, raising Rs 7.5 crore to digitize the predominantly offline legal industry.
Ultrahuman: Ultrahuman, founded in 2019 by Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal, offers two key products: the Ultrahuman Ring AIR, claimed to be the world's lightest sleep-tracking wearable, and the Ultrahuman M1, a real-time glucose level monitoring metabolic fitness tracker.
