"I imagine it has the queen on it"

Apparently Americans think of Europe as Great Britain.

Ah yes I love the Queen of Europe and let's not even forget the American monuments that inspired Roman architecture

Can we please mention that European bills have different sizes, so blind people can handle their currency without worrying that someone is stealing from them? American blind people have to deal with one of the few currencies that has bills of equal size and so no indication of different values.

This reminds me of the joke I once heard in Italy where american tourists are shown ancient buildings. One of the keep asking if they are post-ww2 or pre-ww2 building. Tour guide finally has enough and says that they are pre-USA buildings.

The Queen one was bad but "It looks like an American monument" was much worse. How dare ancient Greeks appropriate American architecture!

Actually each Euro bills represent the evolution of European architecture, coins are not made with gold and silver but with nickel and copper, and the guy trying to fly like an eagle is Leonardo Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man. But it's normal if they failed the " history/culture test", we know the US has none.

Each bill represent an art and architecture style. 5€ is classic, 10€ roman, 20€ Gothic, 50€ Renaissance, 100€ Baroque, 200€ New art, and 500€ Modern art.

MY GOSH. Nobody told them each note represents a type of architecture of European history? and the bills are in different size and color to stop counterfeiting and to aid recognition by the visually impaired people?! I'm not even European and know that... 'murica!
