Putin oversees practice nuclear drills

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has overseen practice nuclear exercises.

Mr Putin watched via video link as military forces launch ballistic and cruise missiles.

The tests were held to train the nation's nuclear forces and demonstrate Russia's readiness against any attacks.

The move has fuelled fears of an escalation of the war in Ukraine.
