Where are you getting all this billions you are talking about?
You throw around billions of rands as if it just falls from the sky.
Can you not understand that this money comes from the workers of south africa. No workers means no money. And you want to tax the workers even MORE? What will you do if all the people paying taxes, just leave south africa?
Just think for a minute, and think about where the money to pay social grants will come from, when everybody stops working?
