You'll get tired, so be careful. Save strength for the entire song. If you feel any kind of pain, you must stop. If you think you need it, play slowly first. Get to the tricky parts and then get to normal speed.

I quit playing bass about 10 years ago... but when I look at your videos... I... sometimes regret quitting. Or not: I'm not sure I would be better than you by now.
Thus, thank you for the dreams: when I look at you playing, I feel like I could have been as good as you are by now.
And... if I may ask for a Bass cover... I would let you the choice between 2:
- either "Symphony X" with the Live on the Edge of Forever (album of a show in Paris), on "the Divine Wings of Tragedy" (the live version offers more enthousiastic bass line than the studio version),
- either "Edguy" with the live (again) in Paris... (again !!!) on "the Pharaoh"
I had been playing both of them without tabs (only by reproducing what I heard), and I would be very curious of how a really good bass player as you are would play them...

Is raking bad? I'm trying to focus on strictly alternating between index and middle, but I naturally always slide one finger over two or three strings. I think a lesson addressing that would be great!
