CANVA TUTORIAL: Reel covers + portrait posts crop perfect in your Instagram Grid

It's one thing to design an Instagram post or reel cover to look nice as is...it's a WHOLE other thing to design it to look good in your grid!

Your Instagram grid will crop all of your designs to a square so it's essential that you consider the middle portion of your reel covers or portrait posts the most - the key is to use RULERS and this video will show you how!

Jacqui I I just found your YT channel and I love your style of teaching and I use Canva every day. I took over an eCommerce business which included the Instagram account and I need to change the Highlight Covers learn how to add new content to them. I've made lots of reels but not stories and I believe it is stories that are saved to Highlights. My understanding is that stories last only 24 hours but I want to use the Highlights for new products, reviews, etc. like the previous business owner did. Any chance you have done a video about Highlights and if not any chance you could do one? Oh, by the way...my name is Rochelle and I'm from South Florida. Followed the instructions but the square jumps around on the grid once the reel cover is edited. I've used the same template on Canva to create the cover, and they line up perfectly on the reel view but the frame does not remain centered on the grid view creating inconsistency. Any thoughts? TIA!
