Hey I want to share some words,

I have had my diagnoses in the Autism spectrum a few years back. I am 24 now and I realy love life again. I live in the Netherlands where there is alot of help in social work for people in need. If you are not able to find help. Try to talk to people more. Start with just smiling and say hello to people. You always think your smile is ugly if you didn't for a long time. People are not as judgemental as you think when you show your vuneralbillities. Often people are looking for just something they recognize. And you make a big mistake thinking your problems are unique. You have to remember that the reason why you cannot realy express yourself alot of time it is because your programming tries to protect you from doing so. (You realy are your own worst enemy). When choosing to be vunerable you start a new learning proces. I realy wish everybody (with or without diagnosis) well. Start with being nicer to yourself even if you cannot find a reason, ask somebody to give you one. And remember! It takes time! But that's okay! You will enjoy it eventually. Step by Step :)

I hate when I play fortnite with my friends and then they die and say ‘Autistic Motherfucker!’ Because they think that everyone with autism is ‘dumb’ or ‘stupid’. I have autism and I am the smartest in my class. It just raises anxiety makes us think about all the bad things in something it doesn’t just make us stupid I just wish people would understand that.

Much of the information in this video is incorrect. Autism has to do with how your brain develops, and manifests before birth. We are not suffering, we only suffer from inaccuracies.

Not only is this music offense, as autism is not some horror show, but the information is also vague and inaccurate. How upsetting. :(

If you can't stand the music you have ASD! Healthery this music is a huge mistake when your trying to communicate with people with that music is a total 'turn off' because it's a sensory overload and really unpleasant. Ironic is the word that comes to mind.
