Twenty years is not a long time to measure the motion and velocity of the cosmos, but it at least gives us a start. Getting better and better at putting the pieces of the puzzle together!

Thanks, Anton!

Astronomy is incredible. It feels like a golden era. So much information coming out every day. All from ground and space based telescopes and cameras. It's so magical to listen to you Anton. You remind me how incredible humankind is. There are so many great minds collecting and analyzing data today. I am in awe.
That is why I don't support man based programs. The goals seem so pathetic and the cost is so high.
I love science and I wish people who think they like space would watch this. Instead they watch and dream of being Buck Rogers, Captain Picard... or watching someone else pretend and live vicariously through them. We are doing so much automation and computation. What a waste it would be to redirect that money for television entertainment for those who don't even care to watch and learn what is really going on right now.
Thank you so much Anton for bringing all this knowledge home. I couldn't possibly know 1% of this without you. 🙂

That Timelapse of the nebula was really cool, I would prefer you show us more real stuff like that instead of the simulations

Hy Anton
My obvious request please:
please indicate when showing the pictures - which of them are oroginal photos - and which of them are artistic examples
This would make a more powerful videos when people know when they should feel really, really overwhelmed - and dont get overexcited about nice artistic pics
Love your work!

Proto stellar wobbles forming ripples for potential planetary formations. Amazing details with JWST and great video, Anton.

Stunning images yet again. How wonderful!

I was thinking that what you were going to tell us was that we were looking at a proto solar disc but from the side. Naturally, I was taken by surprise to learn that these structures are so long and formed as if they were jets from a black hole.

Does this mean then that the kind of jets that DO come from black holes are likely to be fertile places for the growth of new stars as well?

The space question mark is awesome! It would be even so much more awesome if there were gas stripes before it arranging into a text: "What about this Humans - ha"!

Mr. Wonderful, Bro, I have always wanted to know how fast those clouds form across vast distances. Thank you and keep up the good work. I've been following you since that sandbox simulation you were obsessed with. Great to see you grow with better and better content every video
