Van Life Quarantine Update (Still Stuck In Mexico)

Van Life during the Corona Virus Pandemic is not ideal. As full time van life travelers, we are stuck in Mexico with our self converted van parked, but we are making the best of it! Snow and Curt give an update after being on van life quarantine in Mexico for over 2 months. When will we leave? Where will be go? Will our journey south continue?

We are on a 10 year journey around the world in our self converted sprinter van. Seven months into the journey, the corona virus struck and put our plans on hold! We are riding out the storm in Oaxaca, Mexico!

Snow and Curt. We've started watching a lots of van tour / van life videos recently especially during the pandemic. We have to say you both are awesome. So genuine, informative and funny too. Seems to us that you're NOT like these "younger" youtubers just posting pretty videos to make money ... and we don't really believe what they have to say much of the time. But we believe you and find you both so charming. We plan to be van lifers in a couple of years, so we're planning our van build soon. Maybe we'll see you in Mexico, Canada or around the US :)

Enjoyed this! Went to Puerto Escondido in early 1980. It was tiny then & beautiful. Some people slept just on hammocks strung among the coconut trees along the beach. Still have a hammock bought on the beach there, maker took me to their home & watched them being weaved with colorful strings. Lovely people. Had my first green coconut milk there, cold & delicious. There used to be a little spot close to there called Puerto Angel I think. You picked a wonderful place to hunker down. I'm single retired woman dreaming if I could get a van & travel too. So I'm enchanted with what you're sharing with us. Enjoy, stay safe and gracias for sharing your life with us. Helps during this time too!

Glad to hear you are remaining safe and responsible. My mother and I have continued to be in lockdown as we’re in the high risk group in a high risk area. Contra Costa County’s numbers are 1375/37 and California hit 101, 479/3, 905. The USA has 1, 695, 776/100, 047. The first number is cases and the second number is deaths. Keep your videos coming as not only are they good but so informative. Stay safe and healthy.

Just in case you didn't know always brush from the ends up. I use an afro pick. Lots of deep conditioner is key. I use a hair mask 1 a month. Hope that helps
