I love Wicked! But I’m sure everyone who seen this show. Indiana Mendel and Kristin Chenoweth were phenomenal as Elphibia and Glinda. The sets were fantastic. The choreography is incredible. It brings new life and depth in order to world of Oz. And of course, the songs are unforgettable!

In fact this show is so good that my parents actually saw the first ever showing of the musical back when it first premiered! That is just awesome! And yes, they are looking forward to the new movie.

Awesome review and happy birthday to your sister. Wicked is my favorite broadway show too, what a coincidence me and your sister have things in common with this and also Frozen 2 being her favorite movie like me. I saw this stage play back in 2014 but with different actors, not the same as the broadway. I actually love this storyline even more than The Wizard of Oz as it's more complex, daring, and darker. Comparing this to the movie, I highly doubt Cynthia Erivo will top Idina Menzel as Elphaba because this show has freaking Elsa! But I do think Ariana Grande could top Kristin Chenoweth as the best Glinda. I would say Elphaba would be my favorite character in the show but I know Glinda will be my favorite character in the movie. I'm gonna be reviewing The Wizard of Oz and Oz The Great and Powerful as well as In The Heights, Jon M. Chu's previous movie musical, in preparation for Wicked.
