My PC530 takes forever to get a solid green light. Then as soon as I hit continue to connect it begins flashing green again and fails.

Someone PLEASE reply ASAP! I have had this camera for 2 years. I just moved into a new apartment. My chihuhua is one to howl while i am away and leave him in his cage for a few hours. Today at work when i went to look at the feedback and even the live cam, i noticed a noise that freaked me out. It follows right behind his howling, sounds like a cat growling back at him or some animal, kind of paranormal. I am so scared at work now thinking about this. Is this normal camera feedback? Is this some kind of echo or glitch? I NEVER heard this before

I have everything Hooked up but when I go to the app to make sure there’s a picture, it’s just a solid black screen that has a spinning circle in the middle like it’s trying to load the picture. Any ideas?
