It worked only if i don't delete the old profile. Must have them both, but selected the option Always use this profile "new". Thanks!!!!

Awesome Fix! Many thanks! Tried all the the other Microsoft fixes. (navapane BS!!) How silly just needed to manage the profile/ add new and in my case verify my user Id and login through Microsoft/ go daddy
