Cozy Mystery Spring Tour of Ashland, OR from the Bakeshop Mystery Series

It was so much fun getting to provide a spring tour of Ashland, OR, the real-life setting for my cozy mystery series, The Bakeshop Mysteries. Ashland, and the surrounding Rogue Valley, are showing off right now with gorgeous blooms and beautiful colors.

I draw inspiration for the places I include in my cozy mystery books from the setting around me, even including actual shops and businesses when it makes sense. I fell in love with this town while researching the first books in the cozy mystery series, so much so in fact, that my family and I ended up moving to Ashland and we have loved calling it home ever since!
