I've spent the last year or so studying your playing. As an aspiring upright bassist/composer it's truly wonderful to have mentors /idols like yourself to learn from. As it stands im currently putting myself through music school on a full tuition scholarship as a primarily electric bass player. However i purchased an upright about a year or so ago and have been developing my own technique and style, im looking forward to purchasing your lessons online when it becomes slightly more feesable. I hope to see you one day in Canada, I'm in Brandon which is just a small little town but I'd probably catch a plane just to come see you play. Thanks for doing what you do and showing us what the bass is all about!
