This perfectly encapsulates what a movie trailer should be. Gives you a little hint to the plot, introduces the characters a bit, and lets you know what the vibes of the film are going to be. This looks phenomenal, and Garland does not disappoint.

That tunnel scene where the figure is walking then running normally towards the camera is soooo much more panic inducing than a standard jump scare, this ganna be good.

It gives me some "Dark" and "True Detective" vibe. It doesn't look like a default horror movie but one with some very dark story behind everything.

Jessie Buckley is gem of an actress. She seems to be getting into each character really well and has good command over different accents. Probably on a way to become next great “Cate Blanchett”

When I was in the theatre, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, burst out laughing when the title ‘MEN’ came up right at the end of the teaser.

I'm seeing a lot of parralels between this and the story of Adam and Eve.

- the presence of only one woman and man character
- the setting lush with greenery
- that scene in the church (may hint to religious undertones)
- the tree dropping apples
- the snake in the title card

I just saw this trailer at the movies and everyone in the audience burst out laughing when "Men" came up at the end. Did anyone else when they saw this for the first time? It was like... "ugh, it's always fuckin men..."

Always love seeing trailers like this, people are so used to seeing trailers that show the entire movie that I think they’ve forgotten that the point of a trailer is to intrigue; this does exactly that without telling you anything about the film.

Can’t wait to see it.
