Equalizer 1:

Robert McCall is a former special service commando who faked his own death in hopes of living out a quiet life. Instead, he comes out of his self-imposed retirement to save a young girl, and finds his desire for justice reawakened after coming face-to-face with members of a brutal Russian gang. McCall becomes the go-to man when the helpless require the kind of vengeance they would never find without his skills.[1]

Equalizer 2:

Former Marine and Defense Intelligence Agency spy Robert McCall now lives in a diverse apartment complex in urban Massachusetts. He is working as a Lyft driver and assists the less fortunate with the help of his friend, Susan Plummer. McCall anonymously travels to Istanbul by train to retrieve a local bookstore owner's daughter who was kidnapped by her father. He also helps Sam Rubinstein, an elderly Holocaust survivor who is looking for a painting of his sister; the two siblings were separated when they were transported to different camps by the Nazis, but the painting is found to be auctioned off and Sam cannot prove that he owns it. After discovering that the apartment courtyard has been vandalized, McCall accepts an offer from Miles Whittaker, a young resident with an artistic but troubled background, to repaint the walls. One day, Susan and DIA operative Dave York, McCall's former teammate, are called to investigate an apparent murder-suicide of an agent and his wife in Brussels. When one of McCall's long-time friends is found dead, he sets out for vengeance.[2]

I just watched the 3rd film. It feels like it is trying to be the Bourne Identity the way it is shot, but it doesn't get there. It is a bit slow, but the action scenes are good. The movie looks and sounds great. Denzel is good, as always.

Just saw the third movie. I gotta say... it's pretty good. Very brutal when it comes to the combat. However, I don't think anything tops the final battle at the Home Mart from the first movie. When Zack Hamsey's Vengeance plays as Denzel is taking out the enemies one by one... it's just an epic moment!

I was confused when you use Robert & McCall in a sentence. Like theres 2 person . Anyway great effort

My only critique would be to make it feel like you’re giving us the ending when the endings come up. Whenever the endings are recalled it is so matter of fact it doesn’t feel like the end of the film but just another scene. Maybe a pause in your speech Somewhere would be good and better storytelling for the recap. Very thankful for this video though!
