This is an awesome set up and I would def love to see more of the work surrounding the make of the top handle. Especially just a little bit more insight into how you went about removing the pop up flash.

Wow. That is so awesome. Wish I had your electronics and woodworking knowledge. Love the way that came out. Having a gain knob at the top is such a great idea so you can fine tune the input volume. Once it's got that cold shoe, that is going to be a beast of a package.

I think you just invented a new hobby: Camera tuning. All it needs now is a spoiler and some neon lights :-) Seriously though that is a very nice hack. Love the walnut finish, it gives it a luxury look and feel.
