Germany to introduce Nazi-looted art law

Показать описание
The upper house of Germany's parliament is voting on a draft law to make it easier to return Nazi-looted art to its rightful owners. The new legislation would eliminate the statute of limitations applied to stolen property, usually 30 years, that some art collectors have used to protect their holdings from claims. Al Jazeera's Phil Lavelle reports from Berlin.
