Build Vlog - Dictator - Episode 1

Today's video starts off where any new build begins, opening the blaster up and brainstorming ideas to create a road map for where you want to go! This build I'm focused on a customized Dart Zone Dictator to resemble the Battle Rifle from Halo 2 and 3 (at least cosmetically...at first).

In this video I take a look at how the blaster operates inside the shell and look for short comings in the design that can help improve performance. I also start planning out some internal modifications to get the most out of what Dart Zone has created.

Having a road map planned out is a great first step and it makes the next step, designing and building, more exciting!

My friend has one of these. He recommends adding a bit of rubber at the end of the stock, so it's easier to shoulder.
He also added a spacer and a tighter barrel, and now it hits 230 FPS

I always saw this as a Halo assault rifle mod because of the front bulk and the rear-loading.... the battle rifle is interesting though, and a bit more appropriate to the function of a springer. I'll be interested to see how you pull it off.
