Nice points! 1) That "mindFULLness" involves letting more things flow and merge--the external and the internal. 2) That attentiveness involves noticing things (such as the train) that you no longer notice due to their being so ordinary. Editorial comment: Your thoughts make me think that the activity concept we connote with "mindfulness" would better be served by "attentiveness"--which sounds less sexy, but is really more to the point.

Love this--just did this. We actually have a mindfulness "class" right after lunch recess--perfect thing today.

Hi, I just tried it with a cup of coffee watching the rain outside, hearing my children laughing at something (wonderful sound). I know that the point of mindfulness is to clear your mind of thoughts and be present, with all your senses. But I had a thought and question- I have seen rating on online courses and I would like to rate the "Ignite your everyday creativity" as the best I have done. Where can I do this? I think I did it 2 years ago- I was in a very, very boring job (the time you have to sit in one place and sell things...) and the course save me from getting mad, but also was very important for my self esteem as I believed I am very uncreative person (one of the reason I decide many years ago against going into arts although I was really interested in art and design).
