Patrick is so right! There are so many superficial and fake people trying to tell people how to grow net worth or make a fast buck on their cell phones but have no substance whatsoever. This really is one of the best content on YouTube. You're not a flat minded YouTube entrepreneur that just thinks of views and money. There's philosophy, politics, health, finance, will, wisdom and more as an undercurrent in your speeches. So I appreciate you putting out this content, its really fascinating.


The interesting thing about that video, is it made me realize that I have to take care of my health better.
I recently started smoking again, although not much at all. And stopped my martial arts training. All this due to relocating to another country, from Canada to Russia(which is where I was born). Now my first step before finding a job or making money, is taking care of my health and taking care of my mental health, since I was getting depressed from time to time. When I was training in muay thai and jiujitsu previously, it made my life a lot better, helped curb my social anxiety and depression which I was struggling with for more than 10 years. Due to my health getting better, I was able to work better and socialize better, so I was earning a lot more.
