Malleswaram - a small station sandwiched between two main junctions "Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna Bengaluru City Junction" and "Yesvantpur Junction" - one cannot expect greater speeds. This remained pure diesel in spite of having a canopy of catenary, till recent date, with diesels still being majority of players.
