This movie was for purpose follow up the success of Akira back in 1989.

The naration in this movie it feel too many "gaps" to me. The real footage in some scenes maybe create discussion topics at that time. In 2020s this tactic felt really off. 7/10 . I give it mild thumbup for the mechanic and character design department
