Is it safe to say that the vast majority of these shootings are committed by a small sector of the population? Because statistics site that this 13% of the population commit more than 50% of the murders in the United States. What to do, what to do?? Three people were just shot at Towson University and it was a big deal with a press conference. Yesterday 22 people were shot in Chicago and it's just another day. It all depends on who gets shot and where.
