Search and rescue operations continue Thursday afternoon as crews try to find a missing employee after a warehouse’s roof collapsed during a monsoon storm

I worked at that warehouse almost 5 years a couple years ago definitely would have helped that they secured all the racks of the bolts in the grounds but they didn't

Godspeed fellas and thoughts to this man's family. I work next door and this has been so heartbreaking for us. Understanding very well this could have been any one of us warehouse guys. This could have been our building and there's 50 of us there at the time this happened. It did some decent damage to our building but nothing on this level. I really hope he's alive in there but also know the odds aren't in his favor. Godspeed brother and brothers
