Interior Principal Secretary in charge of internal security and administration Dr. Raymond Omollo has called for sobriety when dealing with challenges affecting the wellbeing of Kenyans. Omollo made the remarks when he met the National Government Administration Officers in Siaya County, a meeting that comes on the back of a spate of violent incidents that resulted in torching of three houses belonging to a local chief.
