ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

start for solution of this Error

This error comes on your cmd window because you do not start to
mysqld

follow some steps

Step 1-- goto the mysqld file and copy to path

"C:\mysql\bin\mysqld"

Step 2-- copy this path and write on cmd before this paste gives one
space this is must.

Step 3- close to cmd window and open new cmd window and
repeat to step 1 and 2 once again
