An excellent knowledge. I was told I got retina hemorrhage on the image on 9/8/2023 by the ophthalmologist .
My BP 172/78, HR 42 at 4pm, 128/68 HR 42 110/68 HR 48 9/6/2023. I was told Left Femoral proximal there was acute
Thrombus on VenousDuplex on lower extremities on 8/16/2023 - Xarelto tablet started to be taken per Vascular M.D..

I have a doubt about management of vitreous hemorrage and my doubt goes like this :


Whats the management for vitreous hemorrage with PDR or nve with no rd or retinal tear ?


Mild to moderate VH with some to substantial clarity of of media showing PDR

In this case do we go for

1. Observation for substantial media clearance and PRP

Or first intravitreal anti VEGF then media clearance then PRP


Or PPV and intravitreal antivegf injection with endolaser PRP !



I want to have clear idea about VH severity with PDR how ots managed?


1. Mild VH+ PDR
2. Moderate VH with PDR
3. Severe VH with PDR


Do we observe for substantial clearance in all these for PRP or go for PPV with endolaser photocoagulation with intravitreal antivegf !



Would you please clarify my thos doubt how to manage these three situations of VH eith PDR based on media clarify and severity of VH associated with PDR or NVE/NVD ?

I have Retinal Microaneurysms dots and blotches, detected 3 months ago and getting worse, and have also been diagnosed with 4th Nerve Palsy several years ago. What's going on?? I am perfectly healthy otherwise. NO Diabetes, NO thyroid issues, normal BP, low cholesterol. Asking from the UK as my 'specialist' doesn't know. I think I have Skew Deviation and not 4th NP i.e. no diplopia in down gaze (Thanks to your video's Dr Lee).

Hello Dr,
I am 30 M. I had got subretinal Hemorrhage in right eye just before 2 weeks with small black spot. I had initially got bigger spot in left eye before 4 years. Is this due to Arteries or capilarries? On performing OCT and OCT-A, we could not find fluid below retina but already leakage of blood was caused. Undergone Injection procedure but wanted to know if this was due to Arteries or Capillaries or Veins.
I have high Myopia but no family history of Diabetes. Although i have noted that such event of hemorrhage occurs when i am into too much of stress.
