I have to shelter in. I’m in a wheelchair and not going anywhere. Food and water are stocked. Protein, fruits, vegetables, pasta, rice, and beans. Already have lots of different flours because I make my own wheat bread. Also store both Irish and regular oats. Rice and beans together make a complete protein.
