I like the video but there is a mistake that u see a lot of time, and i did saw it in the video. YOUR E IS MORE THEN A STUN. A lot of time i see people jumping with E and then stun like its just a stun, as the video says its a Aoe damage reduction and its avoid auto attack from EVERYTHING (minions-champion-monsters) but also the more autos blocked the more damage it does.

So the tips is in a trade vs tryndamere for exemple start the trade by auto attacking and HOLD IT he will be force to desange and you will have a free trade. Hold it more often so you can use it at his max exemple.

I wish this guide provided more general Jax tips, instead of focusing so much on itemization nuances. Imo, the people that need/use guides the most are mid-low elo and thus benefit more from general tips that might be obvious to higher ranked players. Also, this would future proof it, meaning that the guide will always be useful even through item and rune changes.


And because I don't like pointing out a problem without suggesting a solution, here's what I would've liked to see instead: in-depth tips on wave control, playstyle vs ranged, playstyle vs melee, how/when to trade, and how to teamfight.

If u make a tiamat on jax u should always upgrade it to titanic hydra, reason being it provides wave clear some extra stats (always nice) and most importantly it provides another aa reset besides your W

I quit League a couple years ago to play DotA but I miss playing Jax. There's nothing in DotA quite like his kit. The hard initiation into damage mitigation then stun and kiting out again with leap, or doubling down with your ulti is just such a fun way to fight.

There is a Jax trick to get 2 Sheen procs off your E. Basically you get Sheen from the first E, and once it's off cooldown you press E again (2nd Sheen Proc). You have to be fast though, there is only a short time window

I think a really good build for jax to carry for a lost game is take rage blade 4th after steraks gage. That means that you can stack on creeps or in team fights on the back line bc that is where jax is strongest in fights and then your 3 empowered auto hits after 2 shots this is called nuke jax i think

I usually went tri force, titanic, randuins, spirit visage, then guardian angel but that was 3 years ago but since I've restarted I've been skeptical and lazy in checking the new items but I've been finding that spear of shojin is better than guardian angel because of the passive. (Old guardian angel was best)

why not wit's end for dealing with AP?
it can be built as a first item for laning as well for example if you are laning against a ryze or morde
