39:00 switching bale wrappers off actually isn't base game. But it is also a feature of the round baler extension mod, that's maybe why you got confused there.

Hey DJ! I'm pretty sure the switchable bale wrapper isn't base game. On Xbox I do not have the option to turn the wrapper on and off, only the baler as a whole

Edit: did some digging, looks like it's added by the PC only, "Round Baler Extension" mod, it got an update recently that added the ability to toggle the wrapper and lists the keybind on a Xbox controller as LB + d-pad down, which is the same as what you showed in the video

The s700s need more weight added to them. They can’t handle headers without leaning to the front like crazy

I like how the wider pickup affects everything instead of making a duplicate set of all equipment.
Power Tools, Lumberjack, and Super Strength make me wonder what the point of the 'Liftable' mod...
Switchable Wrapper mod. Yeah, since it already works basegame makes me wonder if they did proper quality control, or how they were able to determine if it even works due to the function already there to begin with.
