Josh Ozersky Tribute Burger with David Flatman

Josh Ozersky is a true food hero of mine, so I wanted to cook up a simple burger I hope the big man himself would have approved of. I was very lucky that rugby legend and top chap David Flatman 'Flats' was able to join me to enjoy these burgers.
The burgers themselves are the JO burger from Turner & George and a tribute in themselves. Cooked pink in the middle on a gas flat top BBQ from Sub Zero & Wolf, which works perfect for burgers.
Served with a dash of steam to melt the American cheese, slithers of red onion, and a spot of homemade BBQ sauce in a toasted brioche bun, these were some of the best burgers I've tasted.
