Deep learning is a specific style of machine learning strategy.

I’m no expert on this topic, but according to the comments it’d be easier to explain this like “all squares are rectangles but not every rectangle is a square”.
i.e. all deep learning is a form of machine learning but not all machine learning is deep learning

Personally, I think both would be very useful. For example, if you had one of each that was trained for disorders, the deep learning could be trained for multiple disorders and would most likely be better for diagnosis. The machine learning may be better off trained in a specific disorder and used as a helpful aid.

I'd say that, in the future, deep learning will be used to create the first artificial general intelligence. While machine learning will be used for more specific tasks in certain fields

Not necessarily, even tough it would defeat the purpose of few functions within deep learning but you can feed it the extracted features or data as well.

Not at all. I have done SVM for image classification by just breaking it into pixel values and that's the same I do for DL

yall this is a bunch of word salad. machine learning is the umbrella term, deep learning is a type of machine learning. genetic algorithms are a form of machine learning. reinforcement learning is a form of machine learning.
