The BEST Weight Bench UNDER $100... Pasyou!

What's up guys, this is Matt Tolbers with Home Gym Reviews! In this video I review what I think is one of the best adjustable weight benches under $100 which is the Pasyou adjustable folding bench. The Pasyou adjustable workout bench comes in at just under $100 and is rated 4.5 stars on Amazon. The Pasyou weight bench is foldable which is great for people who have a small space and would like to store their workout bench under the bed or in closet when done. The Pasyou weight bench has a 500lb weight capacity and 8 adjustable angles including decline, flat and incline. The Pasyou fid bench is about as good of a bench you can get for that cheap. The Pasyou weight bench is the same as the Yes4All and Prosource Fit bench just re branded. For someone looking for a decent folding fid workout bench for under $100, I say this is one of the best options for sure.

It was dope you did live examples of each angle in the bench. How do you feel about reverse crunches on the bench? Would it work?

Highly recommend the BARWING 10-7-4-3 Bench.
It's 125, but the flag handles near the head to do abdominal lifts is great. Really wide range of incline selections as well.

How do you think 65 degrees is for DB military presses? That's the only big concern I have with this bench, that it doesn't get any steeper than 65 degrees.
