Rocket Speed to MATLAB using Techila Distributed Computing Engine and AWS Cloud

Показать описание
This demo shows how a MATLAB application can run at rocket speed using the Techila Distributed Computing Engine.
Techila Distributed Computing Engine enables highly scalable MATLAB distributed computing with simplicity. By placing no limits to the number of processors you can use in MATLAB parallel computing, Techila Distributed Computing Engine enables unlimited MATLAB performance.
In this demo we’re using 1000 CPU cores from Amazon EC2. Combining this with Techila’s technology it allows our MATLAB application to take full use of the power of the AWS Cloud and run almost 1000 times faster.
The Techila Distributed Computing Engine supports a broad range of Amazon EC2 instance types, including Amazon EC2 Spot instance. Spot instances are available at a fraction of the cost of On-Demand pricing.
And what’s more, you do not need to pay for other MATLAB licenses than the MATLAB licenses on your own PC.
